We are looking for a competent and intelligent person for administrative tasks, receptionist and other office functions.
The position involves work with several of the company departments, starting from answering incoming calls, emails, calling to confirm receipt of quotes, assisting sales, follow ups, plus other office administration tasks.
- Applicant must have a good phone manner
- Good written and spoken English
- Good customer communications and service oriented
- Applicant must be good with computers and knowledgeable in Microsoft office- word, excel etc.
- Quick learner with a drive to learn and do.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. Salary depending on Experience
Balcony Systems is a successful expanding company. We work with architects, builders, developers and private customers. We manufacture, supply and install high quality Glass Balustrades, Curved Doors and Decking and we are located in Blindley Heath on the Main A22 just south of Godstone. (RH7 6JP).Our manufacturing, showroom and offices are based here.
