Balconette receives Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service Award

In the last year, Balconette has embarked on showing an open and transparent view of its customer’s perspectives by incorporating the services of the highly respected review site Feefo.
After completing its first 12 months with Feefo, everyone at Balconette is extremely proud to have received the ‘Gold Trusted Service Award’ for registering a sustained period of customer satisfaction. In the last year, customers who offered a review scored – on average – an impressive 4.8 out of 5 for the products and services they’d received.
